What we collect
When you request a lifeguard, we collect what you put in the form: your name, phone, email, event date and location, and details about your guests and pool. Lifeguards applying to the crew share contact info, certifications and availability.
How we use it
Only to plan your event: to quote it, match a lifeguard, and contact you about it. Your street address and phone number are shared only with the lifeguard(s) confirmed for your event. Job posts to our crew include the city, date and pool details, never your contact info.
Payments
Deposits and payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
Your choices
Want us to delete your information? Email bookings@redcanlifeguards.com and we'll take care of it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we hold and to request deletion.
